USWNT Draw 0-0 with Brazil in Final 

Brazil and the U.S. Women battled to a 0-0 draw, although an apparent U.S goal was called back for offside in the last five minutes. Brazil wins the tournament based on group play points.  It was a match that surely everyone in the Western world would like to see again next summer at the Women's World Cup.  

China win 3rd place also based on group play after a 0-0 tie with Argentina.


2015 Gold Cup Hosted Across the United States

This summer's 12-nation Gold Cup will be hosted in cities across the United States.  

The United States will open its title defense for the North America, Central America and Caribbean Championship on July 7 at Frisco, Texas, CONCACAF announced Tuesday. The 13 North American cities are – Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte,  Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia,  Phoenix, and Toronto

The U.S.A are in Group A and move three days later with the rest of their Group to Foxborough, Massachusetts, and close their Group play July 13 at Kansas City, Kansas.

Costa Rica will be in Group B and open July 9 at Carson, California, then play three days later at Houston and July 14 at Toronto.

In Group C, Mexico starts July 9 at Chicago, plays three days later at Glendale, Arizona, and then July 15 at Charlotte, North Carolina.

The site of the final has yet to be announced. The tournament also includes Canada, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Jamaica, Panama and Trinidad and Tobago. The final spot will be determined by a playoff between French Guyana and Honduras on March 25 and 29.
